Construction Permits
We make sure the projects are in compliance with government laws and regulations from Puerto Rico; The Puerto Rico Construction Rules and Regulation Board and the Environmental Board (JCA).
Construction Management
To ensure the success of the project to be managed, we make sure that the staff assigned to the project has the required discipline knowledge, field expertise and understanding of every single aspect of the plan.
Design Management
CAR Engineering assists its clients in coordinating the project’s design with architects and engineering (A/E) firms.
Our professional staff will monitor the A/E firms for compliance with the project’s owner requirements in terms of contents, engineering, schedule and cost.
Bid Process Management
Following the project’s design, we prepare the documents to request bids from contractors. We request bids from the best suited professionals in the field. We will meet with contractors prior to the bid process to thoroughly explain the project.
We assist the project’s owner to administer the bids, evaluate and award the contract to the best candidate.
